ASI's ASO latex reagent consists of latex particles coated with streptolysin O. In the presence of anti-streptolysin O levels greater than 200 IU/ml in serum, the coated latex particles will agglutinate providing a visually observable reaction of antigen and antibody. 100 tests per box.
