How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is very simple. Click on My Account >> View the orders I have made >> Click to view order and your UPS tracking number will be located there once it has shipped. Also, look out for an email from us when your order ships that provides you with a tracking number.

How can I tell if you have an item in stock or not?

On each product page we post product availability.

Do you post expiration dates on vacutainer tubes?

Yes, and we are the only company on the internet that does this. We update these dates constantly so you can be sure to get what you are ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Pulmolab does not ship internationally.

Does Pulmolab have a storefront?

No, Pulmolab does not have a storefront.

Where does Pulmolab ship from?

Most products ship from our California warehouse but we also drop ship from the manufacturer directly on certain designated items.

What is your turn around time for shipping?

Orders placed by 12 noon PST  Monday – Friday will ship out that day. Orders placed after 12 noon will ship the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery). Pulmolab does not accept Purchase Orders.

Can we pay via check?

Yes, but please understand your order will not be released for processing until the check is received by our bank.
