If the Customer is not satisfied with the Product purchased or if the Product purchased is defective in materials and/or workmanship, the Customer may ship the Product back to PulmoLab.com within fifteen (15) days of the delivered date, i.e., the date that Customer received the Product from PulmoLab.com. The Product must be received back into stock in the same condition and packaging as it was when shipped out. If the defective Product is received by PulmoLab.com within the expiration of the said fifteen (15) days period, PulmoLab.com will exchange a defective Product in accordance with the manufacturer's policies less shipping or handling charges. If a Product is received back from a Customer within the expiration of the said fifteen (15) days period because the Customer was dissatisfied with the Product, then PulmoLab.com will reimburse to the Customer the cost of the Product the Customer is not satisfied with, less a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee and shipping costs. All other returns such as order error, no Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, refused shipment, incorrect address, etc. are subject to said twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.After the fifteen (15) day period has elapsed, the Customer must consult the manufacturer's warranty instructions enclosed with the Product. After the fifteen (15) day period has elapsed, all returns must be made through the manufacturer for repairs or exchange under the manufacturer's warranty provisions. PulmoLab.com is an internet retail store and is not responsible for the material and workmanship of the Products. PulmoLab.com does not set up or repair Products. We do not offer 24 hour service or after hour service. For products needing on-going manufacturer maintenance - patients must make arrangements with a local homecare provider. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to stand behind the Products that it manufactures should a problem arise. If the defect is one that is not covered by warranty, then it is the Customer's responsibility to resolve the problem directly with the manufacturer.
The Customer MUST contact PulmoLab.com by telephone or by email to [email protected]
to obtain an RMA number before returning any Products to PulmoLab.com. Pack items along with the packing slip securely in the original box with the RMA number prominently displayed on the box and packing slip. PulmoLab.com will instruct the Customer where to ship the Product. Please pack items securely as the Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage due to return shipping. PulmoLab.com recommends that the Customer (1) use UPS or Parcel Post to ship the Product; (2) insure the Product for the Customer's protection; and (3) keep the receipt.
Customers can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used by the Customer for purchase within fourteen (14) business days of PulmoLab.com receiving the returned Product.
This return policy does not apply to any disposable Products or Products worn or used to dispense or deliver oxygen or medication. No returns will be accepted for these Products. Products returned with an odor precipitated by cigarette smoke or other types of environmental odors will not be accepted for return.
When ordering a concentrator, the Customer must keep the original packaging for the duration of the warranty. The packaging that this Product comes in is proper packaging according to manufacturer's specifications. This packaging would be required should the Customer have to ship the machine for servicing or repairs. Failure to do so will be an expense to the Customer and the Customer will have to buy the proper box from the manufacturer.
